If you're from the U.S.A, you'll get it automatically when you log into Stardoll.
If not:
1. Go to a U.S.A. proxy server like www.webwarper.net or www.dontfilter.us
2. In the proxy bar, put: www.stardoll.com/en
3. Press enter or click on 'Go'
4. Log into Stardoll
Finally, leave the proxy server and the gift will be waiting in a Monster High bag in your Suite.
