If you're from the UK, you'll have it in your Suite just by logging in.
If not:
1. Go to a UK proxy server like www.goproxing.com
2. In the proxy bar, put: www.stardoll.com/en/
3. Log into Stardoll
Then, leave the proxy server and that will be all (:
