You don't need to use a proxy server, just go to www.stardoll.com/en/view.php?id=569, write something on the white boxes (for example: fjrekghetk) and save the entry for the contest.
The sunglasses won't be on your MeDoll Editor/Beauty Parlor, they will be on a gift box in front of your closet (:
